Accountant Assistant

Full-time – Heraklion

Key Responsibilities

  1. Registration of purchase-expenditure documents
  2. Billing and invoicing process
  3. Monitoring and completion of monthly audits - agreements of projects
  4. Collaboration in the implementation of subsidy programs
  5. Collaboration in conducting financial reports to monitor the financial indicators of the company
  6. Monitoring and inform about balance on customers’ and suppliers’ accounts
  7. Provide realistic and constructive feedback for further improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in similar role
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent field of study
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and softone accounting applications
  • Knowledge of finance books and ELP
  • High level of English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Completed military service
