Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation and analysis of monthly performance reports. You will also work with the rest of our digital marketing team, on a daily basis, to implement and deliver high-end performance campaigns for a group of our clients!

Responsibilities

Design and implement digital media campaigns aligned with clients’ goals.
Design and Implement clients’ digital strategies within budget requirements.
Day-to-Day Campaigns’ Optimization in order to be able to reach clients’ goals.
Measure, Evaluate and Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Analyze campaigns performance and propose optimization actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience.

Requirements

2+ Years Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field
Familiar with Paid Media platforms including Google ADs, Facebook (Family of Apps), LinkedIn e.t.c.
Deep expertise on digital advertising with usage of both hard sell and soft sell objectives.
Hands-on working experience with Google Ads (e.g search, display, video, shopping, UAC) and Facebook (Family of Apps) Ads
Hands-on experience with catalogue sales and conversions campaigns.
Ability to create high-end remarketing/ retargeting campaigns on various digital channels like Google, Facebook (Family of Apps) and LinkedIn.
Familiar with Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
Significant experience with website analytics.
Ability to manage multiple accounts
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
Solid time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Result driven and creative thinking.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Verbal and Oral).

Nice to Have/ Will Considered as a Plus

Google Ads Certifications.
Google Analytics Certifications.
Facebook Blueprint Certifications.
Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, e-business and marketing.
