Job Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing highly effective marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. You will play a key role in optimizing digital marketing activities, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to target audiences, market trends, and competitor insights.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong passion for performance marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
